We bought a 40 yr old house that needed some work and we needed to figure out if the current air con unit was suitable plus condition of the ducting. Jim adequately assessed the house, found some issues, recommended some cost effective options and completed the works very quickly. We had a fantastic experience dealing with Jim. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Our old ducted air conditioner was updated to a whole new AirTouch 5 system with 10 zones throughout our 2-storey house and Jim made adjustments to ensure optimal airflow in every zone. His team handled the installation seamlessly. They were polite, courteous and left everything neat and tidy.
